Growth Hacker (B2C) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Hacker (B2C) to lead the acquisition engine for a large‑scale marketplace of paid task contributors. Based in Nigeria and working fully remote, you will design and execute data‑driven growth loops that attract high‑intent users, drive task completion, and generate repeat participation across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale a participant acquisition engine using organic loops, referrals, community distribution, partnerships and geo‑specific outreach.
• Automate growth workflows with LLM‑based tools, web‑scraping, APIs and no‑code orchestration platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Identify and prioritize new markets based on demand signals and supply economics, adapting channel strategies per region.
• Own core growth metrics such as cost per activated participant, task completion rate, repeat participation and lifetime task value.
• Run weekly rapid‑experiment cycles, iterating on successful loops and terminating under‑performing channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a marketplace, gig platform or two‑sided ecosystem with measurable activation and retention impact.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to create scalable growth mechanisms rather than isolated campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with automation and agentic tooling, including LLM workflows, scraping, APIs and low‑code orchestration.
• Experience working in emerging or diverse international markets and understanding localized distribution dynamics.
• Analytical mindset linking actions to activation, retention and revenue outcomes.
