Growth and Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth and Performance Marketer to drive organic and paid acquisition for our digital platforms. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to attract high‑intent users.
• Analyse and improve conversion funnels, including product pages, checkout and overall user journey.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC and revenue contribution.
• Identify high‑performing keywords, audiences and campaigns, and scale successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve ROI and cost efficiency.
• Build simple dashboards or weekly reports that provide clear performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to increase first‑time buyers and repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in SEO and/or paid acquisition (Google Ads).
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and performance‑marketing metrics.
• Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces or digital platforms is preferred.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
