GRC Implementation Lead

About the role

Resiliv is seeking a GRC Implementation Lead to configure, build, and deploy governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions for global clients. You will translate solution designs into functional GRC workflows, dashboards, and compliance systems that meet enterprise risk and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure GRC platforms (e.g., LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream) based on solution designs.
• Build risk‑management, compliance, audit, and control workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation rules.
• Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and resolve configuration issues.
• Assist with data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
• Provide client onboarding, platform training, and ongoing implementation support.
• Maintain implementation documentation and develop standard templates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in GRC, IT implementation, or enterprise systems delivery.
• Proven experience with GRC platforms such as LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes.
• Ability to translate architectural designs into technical configurations.
