About the role
Philinnovation is looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join its team in Lagos. This part‑time position offers on‑the‑job training across various functions, giving you a solid foundation for a career in tourism and consulting.
Key responsibilities
- Gather information about the company and participate in on‑the‑job training.
- Attend meetings, workshops and team‑building events.
- Take notes, keep a learning log and compile reports for presentation.
- Analyze existing systems and propose improvement ideas.
- Conduct research and support the manager or supervisor as needed.
- Perform fieldwork or visit different work sites when required.
- Uphold the company’s reputation and maintain professional relationships.
- Complete a final evaluation or test at the end of the program.
Required profile
- Minimum of a university degree in a related field.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute positively.
