Google Ads Specialist (eCommerce)

About the role

Folqs is a fast‑growing DTC supplement brand looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own and scale its core Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube cold‑traffic acquisition. The role focuses on high‑scale performance and goes beyond simple set‑and‑forget management.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and optimize full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen while maintaining brand defense and retargeting logic.
• Build and scale cold‑traffic YouTube campaigns using VSLs, optimizing structure, placement, creative hooks, and attribution models.
• Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, ensure policy compliance, and manage server‑side conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, multi‑touch attribution tools).
• Brief and collaborate with copywriters and video editors on ad copy, VSL concepts, visual hooks, script angles, and landing page messaging.
• Run systematic A/B tests on keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, video angles, and landing page flows; monitor CAC, ROAS, and daily spend efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on media buying experience with Google Ads in eCommerce.
• Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable Google Ads spend.
• Strong YouTube Ads experience running cold‑traffic video campaigns with VSLs.
• Deep knowledge of funnel and direct‑response tactics such as VSLs, long‑form landing pages, quiz funnels, and direct‑to‑checkout flows.
• Minimum 6‑hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET) and fluent English communication.
