General Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Radisson Blu Hotel Ikeja is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability and uphold the brand’s “Yes I Can!” service ethos. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring memorable experiences for guests and a supportive environment for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hotel’s P&L and oversee all operational functions.
• Plan, supervise and develop a diverse workforce to ensure smooth, profitable business performance.
• Lead the team as a professional business leader, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations while adhering to brand standards.
• Communicate and execute company strategies across all departments.
• Act as the primary liaison between the central corporate team and hotel owners.

Required profile

• Flexibility and a positive “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in hotel management or related hospitality roles.
• English fluency; MICE and sales experience in the Nigerian market is a plus.
