General Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The General Manager will lead all day‑to‑day operations across Diamond Throne Limited’s diverse departments, ensuring high standards of service, safety and profitability. Reporting directly to the founder/CEO, the role combines operational oversight with strategic execution in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of lounge, bar, kitchen, salon, car wash, snooker, security and other facilities.
• Supervise managers, supervisors and department heads, enforce SOPs, operating hours and service standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity and professional conduct.
• Ensure excellent customer service, resolve serious complaints and maintain cleanliness, ambience and facility standards.
• Track daily sales performance, identify revenue‑impacting issues and control stock, wastage and cost.
• Coordinate events, shows and promotional activities with relevant teams.
• Prepare concise operational reports and escalate critical incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with HR/Admin and finance functions while maintaining proper segregation of duties.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of practical hospitality or operations management experience, preferably in a lounge, restaurant, hotel or entertainment venue.
• Strong leadership, staff‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of sales, cost control, stock management and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional, disciplined, commercially minded and able to maintain standards under pressure.
