General Manager – Healthcare & Pharma Operations

About the role

RxAll™ is seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead its B2B operations across Nigeria. Based in Ibadan, you will be the chief operating leader responsible for profit‑and‑loss performance, commercial growth, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the entire Nigerian B2B business, handling planning, budgeting, variance tracking and KPI reporting.
• Drive commercial growth by developing relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and other partners.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, optimise workflows and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead and supervise field sales teams (30+ members) across Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo and provide oversight for all other territories.
• Collaborate with product, finance and technology teams to launch initiatives that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Report performance data and insights to the board with precision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of pan‑Nigeria General Management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy or related field; MBA or Master’s strongly preferred.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in sales management, general management or operations leadership.
• At least 3 years managing a P&L of N100 M+ annually.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG, micro‑finance, fintech or trade credit.
• Experience leading field sales teams of 30+ across multiple Nigerian states.
• Fluent in English and Yoruba; Pidgin is an advantage.
