Gas Generator Operator – Full-time

About the role

Harvest Feed & Agro Processing Ltd is looking for a reliable Gas Generator Operator to ensure an uninterrupted power supply for its cassava processing operations. The role involves operating, monitoring, and performing basic maintenance on gas‑powered generators in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor gas generators to guarantee stable power.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Track generator performance, identify faults and report abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team during repairs and servicing.
• Keep the generator area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience operating gas generators or similar equipment.
• Basic knowledge of generator maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of safety practices and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong record‑keeping and reporting skills.
