Front Desk Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our spa in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role involves managing appointments, handling enquiries, processing payments and ensuring the reception area remains welcoming and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
• Manage appointments, bookings, enquiries and client communications.
• Handle incoming calls, messages and walk‑in enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Process payments, issue receipts and support daily transaction reconciliation.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and presentable.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote the spa’s services and offers through personal and social media platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, well‑groomed, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
