About the role
We are looking for an experienced Food Business Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Lagos. The role combines operational oversight with full‑cycle HR management to drive efficiency, profitability and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily food business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high‑quality service.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and coordinate kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
Required profile
- Proven experience in both HR management and running a food business (restaurant, QSR, or hospitality).
- Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively on a shift‑based schedule.
- Willingness to work at the Ikeja Airport Road (MM2) location.
