Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Finance Manager with deep experience in the restaurant or quick‑service restaurant (QSR) sector. You will lead the finance function across all outlets, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and financial efficiency while providing insights that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations across the business.
• Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and implementation.
• Maintain robust financial control systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and execute cost‑control strategies to maximize profitability.
• Prepare timely financial statements, performance reports, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Supervise tax planning, remittance, and compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, banking operations, reconciliations, and banking relationships.
• Monitor funding needs to support business expansion.
• Oversee inventory finance controls and reporting.
• Implement risk‑management practices and financial policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or QSR/food‑service industry.
• Strong background in costing, tax planning, and financial compliance.
