ERP Software Trainer (Contract)

About the role

KadMap Systems Limited is looking for contract trainers with experience using open-source ERP software. The trainers will teach clients how to use the specific ERP software they know, covering its business features and workflows. The engagement is a 12-month contract in Abuja and does not involve coding, software development or technical integration.

Key responsibilities

• Train clients on the ERP software the trainer understands.
• Demonstrate business functions such as sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, production, project management and reporting where supported.
• Explain how users complete routine tasks and follow the application's normal workflows.
• Guide participants through practical examples relevant to their business activities.
• Prepare user guides, reference materials and practical exercises.
• Answer questions about everyday use and adapt demonstrations to the client's needs.
• Assess participants' understanding and identify topics needing further training.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience using at least three of the listed ERP software.
• Good understanding of the business functions supported by the software.
• Ability to explain workflows to non-technical users and strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, practical training materials.
• Experience in business operations, accounting, inventory, procurement, sales or another relevant function is desirable.

Required skills

• Open-source ERP software: Apache OFBiz, Dempiere, Tryton, Dolibarr, Axel, Metasfresh, ADempiere, Openbravo, Ever Gauzy, Aureus ERP, Kieselstein ERP, ERP5, OpServer, Compiere and comparable legacy systems.
• Training delivery and ability to teach software features and workflows.
