Editorial Partnerships & Interviews Intern

About the role

Claraus is seeking an Editorial Partnerships & Interviews Intern to support its editorial outreach and relationship management with founders, executives, and organizations. The intern will identify interview subjects, conduct outreach, and coordinate the interview process from preparation through publication.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research founders, executives, companies, and organizations suitable for Claraus interviews.
• Conduct professional outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels, introducing the interview opportunity.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including dates, times, locations, and virtual meetings.
• Collect pre‑interview materials such as biographies, headshots, and company information.
• Assist with preparing interview briefs, background information, and interview questions.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, interview status, and publication outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence contacting senior business leaders.
• Excellent research, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple outreach projects.
• Genuine interest in business, media, communications, journalism, or public relations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for professional outreach.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
