Direct Sales Agent

About the role

The Direct Sales Agent will drive growth by acquiring new customers for our digital financial products across Lagos and Abuja. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Create customer awareness of company products.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product inquiries.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit reports to supervisors.
• Listen to customer feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building capability.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services (preferred).
