Digital Media Buyer – Shopify & Email Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Buyer to own paid advertising for three consumer brands in the natural hair care space. You will manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, optimization, reporting and media planning across Meta and Google platforms while supporting the growth of the e‑commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across awareness, traffic, conversion and retargeting objectives.
• Manage Google Ads, including Search, Display and Shopping campaigns, and maintain Google Merchant Center product‑feed health.
• Scale advertising budgets strategically while monitoring performance and evaluating platform recommendations.
• Develop monthly and quarterly paid‑media plans aligned with product launches, retail promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Allocate budgets across multiple brands, create audience retargeting strategies and identify high‑performing creative messaging.
• Maintain a paid‑media calendar, coordinating launch dates with retail initiatives, email marketing schedules and organic activities.
• Build and maintain automated email flows using Klaviyo or a comparable platform.

Required profile

• Hands‑on execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple ad accounts independently.
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores and running paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and clear communication of campaign performance.
• Comfortable working in the EST time zone and collaborating remotely.
