Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise integrated online campaigns that support our business goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to boost brand visibility, engage audiences and drive customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Create and implement social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Produce and coordinate digital content and creative assets for campaign execution.
• Conduct market, audience, competitor and trend research to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with creative partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of successful multi‑platform digital campaigns.
• Experience working in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment is a plus.
