About the role
SounDisruptr, Africa's leading music marketing agency, is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the entire lead‑to‑revenue funnel. Working remotely with a hybrid presence in Lagos or Abuja, you will combine paid‑media expertise with hands‑on sales to generate and convert high‑quality leads for our university and services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google to acquire cost‑effective leads.
- Build and manage sales funnels, lead magnets and email sequences for SounDisruptr University.
- Respond to inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and move prospects toward calls or purchases.
- Conduct multiple daily follow‑ups, close sales for courses and marketing services, and maintain a CRM or tracking sheet for every lead.
- Submit daily KPI reports, weekly revenue breakdowns and document CPL, conversion rates and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with the social media team to align content with ad and sales strategies.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in performance or funnel‑based digital marketing.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and sell persuasively.
- Comfortable managing daily lead flow, sales messaging and revenue targets.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and with a sense of urgency.
