Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Lead to own and execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns for Best Technologies Limited. In this hands‑on leadership role you will shape strategy, launch paid media, grow our social presence and optimise conversion funnels to drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion growth through targeted audience segmentation.
• Grow and manage the company’s social media profiles with engaging, conversion‑focused content.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including campaign concepts, copy direction and digital storytelling.
• Execute SEO tactics to improve organic rankings, traffic and search visibility.
• Monitor website traffic, landing pages, funnels and user‑engagement metrics, and continuously optimise performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows and customer engagement programmes.
• Analyse campaign results with analytics tools, produce actionable reports and adjust tactics.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators and senior management to deliver successful campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a proven track record of measurable results.
• Strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, take initiative and solve problems.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
