Digital Marketing & Content Lead

About the role

Our client seeks a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Content Lead to shape the organization’s digital presence, boost brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. The role combines storytelling, content creation, and data‑driven campaign management across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead content strategy and production for social media, website, blogs, email and digital ads.
• Manage social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube and grow online communities.
• Oversee paid advertising on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and optimize performance through A/B testing.
• Handle SEO/SEM initiatives, website updates, and monitor analytics to improve traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate creative assets with designers, photographers and external partners.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand communications or content strategy.
• Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns and growing social media engagement.
• Experience in publishing, media or creative industries is an advantage.
