About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, result‑driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, generate quality leads and increase audience engagement for our real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, SEO, SEM and other online channels.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social platforms.
• Monitor performance, generate analytics reports and measure ROI to improve results.
• Conduct market research, track trends, audience preferences and competitor activities.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Optimise website content and landing pages for better search rankings and user experience.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• SEO, SEM and PPC campaign management.
• Social media marketing and email marketing.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Content creation tools such as Canva.
