Digital Marketer (Hybrid)

About the role
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase enrollments through paid and organic online channels. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate closely with the content and community teams to tailor campaigns based on real‑time feedback from prospects, learners, and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Develop SEO‑focused content, optimise landing pages, funnels and email sequences for higher conversion rates.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPL and ROAS, providing regular reports.
- Collaborate with content and social teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Run A/B tests, analyse results and implement learnings in future campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Certified in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
