DevOps Engineer

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join its Platform & Operations team. You will ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure that powers health plans across emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise AWS infrastructure with a focus on cost control and resilience.
• Operate and evolve the Nomad orchestration platform while migrating from Kubernetes.
• Maintain and improve Octopus Deploy CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Support multi‑environment deployments (dev, staging, prod) across several countries.
• Ensure platform availability meets agreed SLAs and troubleshoot incidents.
• Apply security best practices, manage access control, secrets, and environment segregation.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience with core AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Hands‑on expertise in container orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Octopus Deploy.
• Solid knowledge of Terraform/OpenTofu for IaC.
• Familiarity with networking, load balancing, and cloud monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
