About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while working closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or service‑related problems promptly.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve effective issue resolution.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- At least 1 year of experience in the real‑estate sector.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Ability to negotiate and convince clients.
- Residence near Lekki Phase 1 is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Effective problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
