Customer Success Intern – Data & Client Support

About the role

The NielsenIQ Customer Success team plays a critical role in transforming how we serve our clients by leveraging innovative tools, data, and insights. As a Customer Success Intern, you will support the delivery of client‑focused solutions, reporting, and analytical services while developing a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and NIQ’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of regular client reports, presentations and insights.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries and resolving routine data or reporting issues.
• Analyse market, consumer and retail data to identify key trends and business insights.
• Maintain reporting templates, dashboards and ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Operations, Data Science, Retail Analytics and other internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings, review sessions and prepare presentation materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 1‑2 years in Economics, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• 0‑1 year of work experience, internship, NYSC, industrial attachment or graduate trainee experience.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools.
