About the role
Reliance Health is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join its Eastern Nigeria team. You will be part of the frontline group that ensures customers enjoy a seamless experience across all channels, helping to drive satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships using CRM systems, keeping accurate records of interactions and preferences.
- Collect and analyse feedback from surveys, interviews and other channels, summarising trends to support retention strategies.
- Draft and send emails, letters and other correspondence to address inquiries, concerns or follow‑ups.
- Assist in creating targeted campaigns that boost engagement and loyalty.
- Apply basic selling and negotiation techniques with corporate clients, supporting renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement customer retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer success, account management or a client‑facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport, manage multiple interactions and resolve concerns.
- Negotiation and problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
- Based in the Eastern part of Nigeria and able to work in a hybrid setup.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Basic data analysis.
