Customer Service Officer – Customer Success

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will ensure an excellent experience for clients throughout their journey, from onboarding to after‑sales support. You will act as the main point of contact, resolve enquiries, and help maintain strong relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries and support.
• Onboard new customers and educate them on products and services.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and complaints, coordinating with technical and installation teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up on installations, maintenance, and service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and service documentation.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities to enhance the experience.
• Prepare service reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, customer service, communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, power, or technology is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Salary range: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 per month.
• 13th‑month salary.
