Customer Service Executive

About the role

BtcDana, a fast‑growing global fintech and trading platform, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join its global support team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients through outbound calls, messages and other channels to build strong relationships.
• Develop deep knowledge of BtcDana’s products and services to provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely support.
• Collect, analyse and document feedback, escalating critical issues and suggesting improvements.
• Maintain precise records of interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales or online support is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial services, trading platforms or investment products is advantageous.
• Professional, adaptable and able to follow SOPs.
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Abuja or Lagos.
• Access to a personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
