About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Teams Sales Lead to drive sales and ensure exceptional service for our outdoor dessert catering offerings. The role involves converting enquiries into orders, managing key customers, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Convert enquiries and quotations into paid orders.
- Follow up on leads and drive repeat business.
- Develop outdoor dessert catering sales.
- Upsell/cross-sell products and manage key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and KPIs.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service.
- Prepare weekly sales reports.
Required profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Team‑lead/supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow‑up and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable with targets and KPIs.
- Food, hospitality, events or catering experience is an advantage.
