Creative Designer

About the role

Seal Group is seeking a Creative Designer to join its Advertising, Media & Communications team in Lagos. You will be responsible for turning brand ideas into visual assets that engage audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create original graphics, layouts, and branding materials that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and managers to develop cohesive campaign concepts.
• Incorporate feedback from team leaders or clients to refine and improve designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and software updates.

Required profile

• A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a design role with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• Creative problem‑solving ability to convey messages visually.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
