About the role
The Corporate Sales Relationship Officer will drive bulk cement sales to corporate clients such as construction companies, contractors, developers and large‑scale projects. Based in Lagos, the role focuses on revenue growth, new client acquisition and long‑term partnership management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with corporate clients and secure bulk cement sales to meet or exceed revenue and volume targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and contracts, and negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, handling pricing, delivery and product availability while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming construction projects to generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery, credit management and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and forecasts, and report on performance against KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cement, construction or building‑materials sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new corporate accounts.
