Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to develop instructional and marketing materials for our online learning platform. You will work closely with trainers to transform technical content into engaging videos, slides, and social media posts that attract and retain learners.

Key responsibilities

• Write, script, and design instructional content for online courses, including slides and video scripts.
• Create social media assets such as posts, carousels, and short videos to promote courses.
• Collaborate with course creators to simplify complex topics for a learner‑friendly format.
• Design graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Produce and edit short‑form video content for the platform and social channels.
• Write blog posts, newsletters, and course descriptions.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in edtech, media or training environments.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing previous content work.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
