Content Creator & Digital Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Digital Support Officer to join our team in Lagos. You will combine creative storytelling with technical support to enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels, including graphics, reels, flyers and copy.
• Use AI tools to generate social media posts, marketing copy, blog articles and SEO‑focused content.
• Develop, update and maintain WordPress websites, optimise for speed, mobile responsiveness and SEO.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, maintain printers, networking devices and perform routine system updates.
• Provide digital and IT support to sister companies within the Chelis Group.
• Monitor social media performance, manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create brand‑aligned content.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• WordPress website development and management
• Graphic design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW
• Basic video editing software
• Hardware troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools
