Conceptual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Conceptual Designer to translate client briefs into compelling design concepts across commercial, residential, hospitality and workplace projects. The role works closely with architects, interior designers and project teams to ensure ideas are both innovative and feasible.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Create concept sketches, mood boards, space‑planning ideas and design narratives.
• Produce high‑quality 3D visualisations and presentation materials to communicate design intent.
• Research emerging design trends, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers and project managers to align concepts with technical and budgetary constraints.
• Participate in client presentations, workshops and incorporate feedback to refine concepts.
• Ensure designs adhere to company standards, brand identity and project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in conceptual design or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end conceptual design projects.
• Excellent understanding of spatial planning, colour theory, materials, lighting and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
