Compliance & Bids/Tendering Officer

About the role

The Compliance & Bids/Tendering Officer will support the company’s Oil & Gas projects by ensuring all tender and bid activities are compliant, competitive, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant tenders and RFPs within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Prepare and submit technically and commercially compliant bids.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Maintain pre‑qualification documents, vendor registrations, and company profiles.
• Assist in contract drafting, negotiation, and review processes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for permits, certifications, and filings.
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and prepare management reports.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 200,000 per month.
