About the role
Aztec Microfinance Bank, a tier‑1 microfinance institution licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and fully insured by the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation, began operations in June 2022. Guided by its core values, vision and mission, the bank is expanding its collections team. It is hiring nine Collection Officers who will manage loan repayments, engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, and help safeguard the bank’s financial assets.
Required profile
- Presentable, courteous and customer‑focused attitude.
- High integrity, accountability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professional independence.
- No personal or family relationship with any Gallery employee or supplier.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling or stock control is an advantage.
Required skills
- POS‑literate (proficient with point‑of‑sale systems).
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and transaction records.
