About the role
The Collection Officer will support Tenn MFB by managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely repayment from customers. You will work closely with the credit and finance teams to meet collection targets while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct collection activities and follow up with customers via phone calls.
- Manage and monitor accounts within assigned collection buckets.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Record, monitor, and regularly report collection activities and results.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in collections or related field.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to meet assigned targets and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and good record‑keeping skills.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
- Performance‑based pay up to NGN 120,000.
- Full‑time, onsite position in Lagos.
