Clinical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a crucial behind‑the‑scenes role in clinical operations, ensuring patients receive coordinated, timely, and well‑documented care.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinics with non‑clinical and administrative aspects of patient care.
• Assist with clinical documentation, chart updates, and patient records within EMR/EHR systems.
• Coordinate patient appointments, prepare visit notes, follow‑ups, and care‑related communications.
• Support remote care programs such as RPM, CCM, and other care‑management services.
• Monitor assigned tasks, alerts, and workflows related to patient care.
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintain organized records in compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and privacy standards.
• Identify gaps, delays, or inconsistencies in workflows and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
