Client Relations Specialist – Beauty Studio

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Client Relations Specialist to join our beauty studio in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage appointments, and handle rescheduling or cancellations efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk‑ins.
• Maintain accurate client records, service histories, and appointment schedules.
• Follow up after appointments to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote studio services, beauty packages, products, and special offers.
• Collaborate with beauty therapists, hairstylists, makeup artists, and other staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist with front‑desk operations, payment processing, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Support marketing and client‑engagement activities to boost retention.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in customer service, front‑desk, or hospitality.
• Experience in a beauty salon, spa, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with appointment scheduling systems.
