Cleaner – Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across our facilities in Lagos. You will be responsible for daily cleaning, deep‑cleaning, and ensuring all areas are safe and presentable for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Vacuum clean and polish all floor surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning reagents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, doors and walls with mirror cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
• Dust, disinfect and remove cobwebs from ceilings and walls.
• Sanitize restrooms, replenish hand towels, soaps, sanitizers and toilet paper.
• Perform deep‑cleaning and disinfecting tasks, reporting any deficiencies.
• Maintain cleanliness of stair handrails, balustrades, office walkways and parking areas.
• Empty and clean trash cans, and periodically wash swimming pool canopies and pool area.
• Conduct hourly inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Carry out any ad‑hoc cleaning duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum High School (S.S.C.E) qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar cleaning role.
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health‑safety standards.
