Channel Sales Manager – ERP Solutions (Nigeria)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth of our ERP solutions across Nigeria and Kenya. You will build and nurture a partner ecosystem that drives indirect sales and expands our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
- Develop joint sales strategies with partners and create a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage partner performance, conduct enablement and training programs, and support pre‑sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closures.
- Monitor market trends in the region and adjust channel strategies to meet revenue targets.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of experience in ERP solution sales, channel development, and partner management.
- Proven track record of driving channel‑led growth in technology or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of the African market, especially Kenya and Nigeria.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
