About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will lead indirect sales growth for ERP and enterprise software solutions across Kenya and Nigeria. You will build, manage, and expand a strong partner ecosystem, driving revenue through channel partners, resellers, system integrators and strategic alliances.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard and develop new channel partners, resellers and system integrators.
  • Create and execute partner sales strategies, build healthy pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage partner performance, conduct enablement and training programs.
  • Support pre‑sales activities, solution demonstrations and collaborate with internal sales, technical and delivery teams to close deals.
  • Expand market presence in Kenya and Nigeria by strengthening strategic alliances.

Required profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in ERP solution sales, channel development and partner management.
  • Proven track record of driving channel‑led growth in technology or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of ERP products, SaaS solutions and the African business landscape, especially Kenya and Nigeria.
  • Strong B2B sales, market expansion and enterprise solution selling expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
