Calibration Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Calibration Supervisor to lead our calibration and metrology activities for both company and client equipment. The role is based in Port Harcourt, serving the Marina region, and will ensure compliance with national standards and ISO/IEC 17025.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain metrological traceability and expand capabilities.
• Supervise and coordinate Calibration/Service Engineers and laboratory calibration activities.
• Oversee calibration, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment in accordance with national standards and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Review and maintain accurate calibration results, reports, records, databases, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate client‑site inspections and calibration activities, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and respond to client technical queries related to calibration services.
• Support the development, review, and improvement of calibration and inspection procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of BSC.
• 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
