About the role
The Business Support Officer will drive growth and manage client relationships for our caregiving and staffing services in Lagos. This role combines business development with day‑to‑day coordination of caregivers to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business growth, revenue, and client acquisition.
- Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee day‑to‑day caregiving and staffing operations.
- Assess client needs and provide suitable care solutions.
- Coordinate caregiver placements and monitor service quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, HR, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in caregiving, healthcare, or recruitment.
- Practical caregiving experience is required.
- Experience coordinating caregivers or care services is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
