Business Relationship Manager – Abuja

About the role

Moniepoint Group is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to drive customer acquisition and cross‑selling of its banking products across Nigeria. Based in Abuja and working remotely, you will be part of a fast‑growing fintech that serves millions of businesses and individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Cross‑sell bank products such as credit, overdrafts and POS solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct daily sales team meetings, review performance and plan weekly activities.
• Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
• Perform market research to uncover selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Represent Moniepoint at trade fairs, community events and marketing clusters.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and gather customer feedback for internal teams.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial services industry.
• Analytical mindset with solid business acumen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tertiary education from a recognised institution.
