Business Growth Partner

About the role

The Business Growth Partner will help expand our client base by identifying organisations that need solutions to their operational challenges. You will work closely with prospects, understand their goals and recommend appropriate services, contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage individuals or businesses that require organisational solutions.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding client objectives and proposing suitable offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to improve retention.
• Represent the company at events, assessments and outreach programmes to broaden market presence in Lagos.
• Track performance against weekly and monthly growth and revenue targets, keeping accurate interaction records.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in any field, or SSCE with a strong drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable speaking with all age groups.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Residency in Lagos or willingness to work on‑site in Lagos.

Required skills

• Basic smartphone usage.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp, email and simple CRM tools.
