Business Growth Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Business Growth Coordinator to accelerate onboarding, adoption, and retention of our real‑estate technology platform. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to design and execute growth initiatives that increase user engagement across landlords, agents, and renters.

Key responsibilities

• Drive onboarding campaigns and partner outreach to boost app adoption among landlords, property managers, agents, and renters.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long‑term user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Track KPIs such as acquisition, retention, churn, and revenue growth, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
• Use data insights to refine growth tactics and recommend strategic adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or customer success, preferably in tech or real‑estate.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience using data tools and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with real‑estate technology or SaaS platforms is a plus.
