Business Development Personnel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Personnel to expand Fara Technologies’ presence on its platform. The role focuses on attracting contractors, developers and other construction‑related partners in Nigeria’s real‑estate and building sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard contractors, developers, consultants, project owners and construction firms onto the FARA platform.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with industry associations, EPC firms, procurement teams and other key stakeholders.
• Source, qualify and convert high‑value leads, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and major construction projects to inform expansion strategies.
• Achieve onboarding and partnership targets, maintain a database of contacts and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 3 years of business development experience in Nigeria’s construction, real‑estate, engineering or building‑materials sector.
• Strong industry network and proven negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
