Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth for MC&D in Lagos. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and supporting the company’s brand in the enforcement and security sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform strategy.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and prepare related documentation.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and promote the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, mass communication or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or client relationship management.
• Experience in advertising, security services or related industries is an advantage.
• Professionalism, integrity, proactive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a growth mindset.
