Business Development Manager

About the role

Equanimity Grp Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client base within the real‑estate sector. The role is based in Lagos and requires a strong network among corporate and property development stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients, property developers, and estate managers.
• Oversee tender processes, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage key client relationships to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to deliver profitable services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering or related field; MSc/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in facility management, real estate or related services.
• Proven track record of closing contracts and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and client relationship skills.
• Based in Lagos with an existing network in corporate and real‑estate sectors.
